Excellent running from the Green Army this morning at Brass Monkey 10k, although conditions were better than last year, they were still tough, with the wind around perhaps 3/4 of the lap.
The support this morning was really loud and I am sure made everyone proud to wear the green. So a big thank you to all those that came along and shouted, clapped and encouraged all.
It was also very good to see the Green Army encourage others, especially the lady at the end, this just shows what a great spirit the club has.
Next week, it’s the Bourne Frostbite, where I am sure the Green Army will be out in force, and I am sure that there will be a great deal of noise and encouragement for all.
